The course, clubhouse, parking, cart storage and 14 tennis courts are situated on a total of 91 acres surrounded by stately old homes designed by leading architects of the era. The final product is a short sporty course with all the strategic value anyone could want. Consideration for both low and high handicap golfers was a must as the club has an average golfing ages around 60 years old. Over its 100 year history the course has hosted the Texas State Amateur and the Texas Women's Open. |
