Pecan Plantation was originally designed and built as a way to increase value and marketability of property in a large development near Grandbury, Texas.  The home owners, or Pecan Plantation Owners Association decided that a renovation of the course was long overdue.  CGD was selected from six firms interviewed to work with the club to compose a Master Plan.  In 2012 the club decided they would like to renovate 18 greens and their surrounds along with the putting green.  In addition several tees and fairway bunkers, which were on the Master Plan were added.

Realtors in the area said they have seen a sharp increase in property values since the completion of the renovation.

GOLF SHOULD BE ENJOYED...NOT ENDURED!
