TEE PEE PAR-3 GOLF COURSE

This 5-acre North Texas property features a 9-hole par-3 golf course with yardages ranging from 40 - 90 yards and a 9,000 square foot putting course.  The golf course designed by Colligan Golf Design in 2018 can also be transformed into a short-iron range with targets from 30 - 150 yards.  There are 3 types of turfgrass on the golf course, Miniverde Bermudagrass on the greens, Zeon Zoysia on the fairways and Prairie Buffalograss on the out of play areas.
